- Completion of a fellowship program in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery.
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a subspecialty certificate in Urogynecology.
- Possession or eligibility for an unrestricted New Jersey medical license.
- An MD or DO from an accredited institution.
