Requirements

  • Applicants must be aged 18–25.
  • Applicants must have a service-oriented attitude and be responsible for their duties.
  • Applicants must be able to work shifts.
  • Applicants must have completed at least Mathayom 3 (Grade 9).

Responsibilities

  • Scoop ice cream attractively and to Swensen's operating standards to provide customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the ice cream storage cabinet and verify that its temperature meets standards.
  • Monitor ice cream quality by checking temperatures with a thermometer.
  • Keep all work equipment and tools clean, hygienic, and ready for use.
  • Keep the work area clean and free of foreign objects and insects.
  • Use ice cream containers correctly and according to standards.
  • Scoop ice cream in the standard sizes specified in the product manual.
  • Maintain beverage quality and ensure sufficient availability throughout sales periods.
  • Arrange ice cream according to the flavor layout plan.
  • Arrange ice cream cakes according to the display-case layout plan.
  • Take orders and prepare products to standards for dine-in and takeaway customers.
  • Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers so customers receive ice cream to standards.
  • Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Follow organizational safety standards and regulations.
  • Follow organizational rules and discipline, and comply with supervisors' instructions.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the shift manager and other duties listed on the daily work schedule.

Desired Qualifications

  • Restaurant service experience is an advantage.
