  • Ability to identify trends, translate company strategy into team-level priorities, and drive initiatives that improve team metrics and organizational outcomes.
  • Proven ability to coach teams on selling the full platform, not just individual products; experience driving multi-product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell across a book of business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of Customer Success Managers to drive thorough and efficient onboarding and product activation for medium and large customers.
  • Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual Customer Success Managers to ensure the team exceeds product onboarding and spend activation goals while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Refine best-practice playbooks for the Customer Success Manager team and improve team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and processes.
  • Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily one-to-one mentoring, sales-skills coaching, product-knowledge development, call feedback, and enablement sessions.

  • Build and leverage internal artificial intelligence tools and Salesforce dashboards to monitor customer success and team performance.
  • Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Represent the Customer Success Manager team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments.
  • Develop and standardize implementation best practices and build a repeatable, scalable customer activation motion that supports growth without proportional increases in team size.
  • Work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Product to drive positive outcomes for the Mid-Market segment.
Desired Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification, or deep working knowledge of accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
  • Experience with financial services sales or selling to finance and accounting personas.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup in an enterprise or mid-market customer success environment.
  • Familiarity with contribution profit models or usage-based revenue metrics.
  • Experience leading teams through artificial intelligence adoption or workflow automation initiatives.

Ramp launches nonprofit platform to recover sales tax and enforce grant controls

Ramp launched Ramp for Nonprofits on October 21, 2026, a platform to help finance teams recover sales tax they should not have paid and keep spending in line with grant restrictions and donor intent. The tool covers cards, expenses, accounts payable, and accounting workflows. It routes purchases to the right owner, codes them to the right fund and program, and captures receipts and approval trails. Features include sales tax reclamation and exemption, grant budgets, grant manager approval routing, and a Grant Policy Agent that checks spend against grant rules. Ramp says it already serves more than 13,000 nonprofits. The Jewish Fertility Foundation saved more than $45,000 in its first year, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America saves 50+ hours a month. A launch webinar takes place on November 10.

Ramp said it would not take deposits or make commercial loans. The application adds to a wider push by startups into regulated banking. Revolut said it received conditional approval on September 3, 2026, to form a US national bank. Ramp was valued at $60 billion in a new funding round and has annualised revenue of $2 billion.
