Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • The ability to read and write is required.
  • The employee must maintain a good attendance and safety record.
  • The employee must display leadership abilities.
  • The employee must be capable of safely lifting 50 pounds.
  • The employee must be able to prioritize daily tasks according to schedule needs.
  • The employee must be able to work any shift and work overtime on short notice.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain safety policies and standards.
  • Ensure first quality for all processes.
  • Perform and maintain required line readings to ensure machine setup is correct.
  • Stay familiar with the current schedule and prepare for and perform product changeovers.
  • Fill in for extrusion operators.
  • Ensure all operators have the necessary tools and supplies.
  • Report and remove waste and odd lots from work centers.
  • Train and coach extrusion operators on job-specific duties.
  • Become proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Complete production reports.
  • Communicate with the oncoming and outgoing shift's Extrusion Technical Coordinator and arrive at the work center 15 minutes before the shift starts.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor or Production Team Lead.

Tarkett Increases Buy-Out Offer to €17

Tarkett Participation has increased its public buy-out offer for Tarkett shares from €16 to €17 per share, representing a premium of 40.6% and 46.1% over the 20 and 60-day average share prices, respectively, and a 25.5% premium over the last closing price before the offer on February 20, 2025. The Supervisory Board and an independent expert have endorsed the offer as fair, recommending shareholders tender their shares. The offer is subject to AMF review.
