Vepa advises clients on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular emphasis on financing transactions, including structured finance and securitizations. She also advises on global tax considerations for mergers and acquisitions, including transactions involving private equity sponsors and clients in the technology and life sciences sectors, the firm said.
