- 6 months to 1 year of weatherization experience (air sealing & insulation preferred)
- BPI Certification (Required)

- Clear, effective communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Comfortable using handheld data devices and learning new technology
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand for long periods; Capable of lifting and carrying insulation materials/equipment; Good vision (distance, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus); Valid driver’s license with at least three (3) years of a clean driving record; Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Install home energy conservation measures (insulation, air sealing, weather stripping)
- Prepare attics for insulation (baffles, flooring, damming, attic rulers)
- Operate hand and power tools to complete installations
- Safely operate light and moderately heavy construction equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Stock and check the service truck daily for required materials
- Complete job sheets, inspection checklists, and related paperwork
- Communicate status updates to management and team leaders
- Drive and operate company service vehicles (light to medium-duty trucks)
- Perform additional related tasks as needed to support successful project completion
