Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Six months of administrative or clinic experience is required.
  • CPR certification is required after hire.
  • Valley de-escalation certification is required after hire.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily activities and operational performance of a clinic team of administrative employees.
  • Hold team and individual supervision meetings and use approved communication resources to ensure ongoing and transparent communication.
  • Promote a culture of strong performance and high morale.
  • Provide orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees, ensuring orientation and training objectives are completed within established timeframes.
  • Ensure the completion of clinical and operational goals within required timelines.
  • Coordinate and train employees to understand the program service delivery model and each team member’s role in fulfilling it.
  • Ensure employee compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
  • Address performance problems and provide appropriate support.
  • Improve employee competence by providing educational resources and training.
  • Improve clinical, operational, and financial results by analyzing data, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
  • Prepare and analyze reports as required.
  • Manage employee timecards and other payroll responsibilities.
  • Work with the Quality Assurance department and Valley Leadership to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including grants, licensing, audits, property management, and Medicaid.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure shift coverage and provide on-call coverage as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
