About the job
- A completed technical degree, preferably in process engineering, environmental engineering, or renewable energies, or a comparable technical vocational qualification.
- Practical experience in process plant engineering.
- Experience in several of the following areas: basic and detailed engineering; P&ID diagrams; sizing pipelines, pumps, valves, or comparable plant components; preparing technical specifications; biogas plants or comparable process plants.
- Ability to handle technical assignments independently and coordinate technical topics with different project stakeholders.
- Very good English skills for technical collaboration and international on-site appointments.
- Working German skills for collaboration at the German site and with local project stakeholders.
- Willingness to attend project-related on-site appointments and travel domestically and internationally.
- Independently perform basic and detailed engineering tasks and develop technically sound solutions in coordination with project management, other engineering disciplines, and procurement.
- Prepare, edit, and technically review P&ID diagrams.
- Specify and size pipelines, pumps, valves, and other plant components.
- Prepare technical specifications.
- Coordinate technical matters within projects.
- Support technical acceptance activities and the construction phase.
- Conduct on-site surveys of existing plants as a basis for conversion and repowering projects.
- Maintain technical consistency across project phases, from engineering and specifications through acceptance and support during implementation.
