Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor

- Team members may be required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to reflect resort business needs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Assist with supervising, training, and coaching housekeeping staff so they understand their duties and perform efficiently.
- Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and storerooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Update appropriate team members on the status of each guest room.
- Document room inspection results, resolve deficiencies, and write work orders for maintenance issues.
- Inspect for damage and report it immediately to the manager.
- Manage, stock, and control linen, supplies, equipment, and closets.
- Perform cleaning duties based on business volume and resort needs.
- Complete daily room or section assignments for Housekeeping Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants when needed.
- Coordinate with departments such as maintenance and front desk to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Clean resort guest rooms and condos as required, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common areas.
