Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of hands-on growth marketing experience executing and optimizing advertising campaigns based on data trends.
  • A highly data-driven approach to problem-solving, including analyzing data deeply and taking action from findings.
  • Experience working with complex omnichannel attribution models.
Responsibilities
  • Define strategy, manage, and efficiently scale customer acquisition, primarily through Meta and Google.
  • Lead and perform campaign planning, execution, and optimization to deliver sales and return-on-investment targets.
  • Set and manage monthly and yearly goals for profitable growth in new customer acquisition in the channels led.
  • Track and report on performance, identifying key wins and learnings to advise future campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new digital channels.
  • Work cross-functionally on projects across the Harry's and Flamingo product portfolio.
  • Track emerging trends and identify innovative ways to evolve the growth marketing strategy, grow the audience, and drive new customers.
  • Manage external vendors and agency partners across various marketing channels and tools.
