About the job

Requirements
  • Have 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets specifically within Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and search engine marketing, ideally in e-commerce or high-growth technology environments.
  • Have a proven track record of managing large daily or monthly budgets, including tens of thousands of U.S. dollars in daily spend, in fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Have expert-level technical understanding of Google's Smart Bidding algorithms, auction-time signals, conversion delay models, and feed optimization tactics.
  • Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills.
  • Have a strong technical understanding of Mobile Measurement Partner integrations, Firebase software development kit, URL tracking parameters, and web-to-app conversion pathways.
  • Think from first principles, create standard operating procedures, and proactively adopt privacy-first platform technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, launch, scaling, and optimization of high-budget Google Search (responsive search ads and dynamic search ads), Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, considering overall company profitability.
  • Build scalable processes and feedback mechanisms across Google's bidding mechanics, applying calibration multipliers to align in-platform bids with true incremental returns.
  • Dynamically reallocate daily budget pools among brand search, non-brand search, and shopping feeds based on margin profiles, unit economics, and peak demand, and eliminate wasteful broad-match spending.
  • Maintain account hygiene, including tracking parameters, Google Tag and conversion signals, bid caps, feed updates, and negative keyword maintenance.
  • Lead keyword acquisition initiatives to grow market share across Taiwan while maintaining efficiency floors.
  • Use Dynamic Search Ads to capture long-tail intent and implement intent-based clustering to keep ad groups semantically concise and aligned with Google's relevance algorithms.
  • Oversee Google Merchant Center product-feed health, title and attribute optimization, automated custom-label structures, and disapproval resolutions; own the Google Merchant Excellence report and channel benchmarks.
  • Conduct daily and weekly analyses of search-term reports, auction insights, impression-share metrics, and signal drift to identify and reduce broad-match leakage.
  • Analyze GMV per click, auction impression share, conversion-delay models, and SKU-level performance rather than relying only on click counts or platform-reported figures.
  • Lead user-level Conversion Lift experiments, including Ghost Ads and holdouts, to measure incremental return on ad spend and calibrate Smart Bidding algorithms.
  • Partner with data engineering to validate web and mobile-app attribution pipelines across Google Tag, Firebase SDK, and Mobile Measurement Partners.
  • Translate auction mechanics, calibration models, and incrementality data into actionable stakeholder insights.
  • Challenge campaign-launch assumptions with data and execute the agreed direction with commitment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or BigQuery for technical audits and processing raw conversion logs.
  • E-commerce or high-growth technology experience managing Google Ads and search engine marketing budgets.
  • Experience in fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environments.

About the company

Coupang?s logistics network allows Sartori to move its cheese to consumers in Asia efficiently. Customer orders in Korea are delivered through Rocket Fresh, the country?s premier online grocer. This efficiency provides American producers the opportunity to offer high-value perishable agricultural goods, which are sensitive to transit times, to millions of customers. Coupang, its subsidiaries face $1.5 million fine for workplace violations.

Coupang, its subsidiaries face $1.5 million fine for workplace violations. Posted By: Gopi October 22, 2026 Seoul, Oct 22 ( SocialNews.XYZ) The labour ministry here said on Thursday it plans to fine e-commerce giant Coupang and its subsidiaries a combined 1.96 billion won ($1.5 million) for more than a hundred labour and workplace safety violations. Read Daily News The ministry said its inspection of the online retailer, its logistics units - Coupang Fulfillment Services and Coupang Logistics Services - and its logistics centres found a combined 206 labour and workspace safety violations, reports Yonhap news agency. The ministry decided to take legal action for 61 violations, such as absence of safety measures for conveyor belts, and impose fines for the rest, which include failures or delays in submitting industrial accident reports to local labour authorities. Other violations subject to fines include failures to conduct special health checkups for night shift workers and improper management or installation of break facilities. The inspection took place following allegations the company covered up industrial accidents after Coupang logistics centre worker Jang Deok-jun died of acute myocardial infarction in 2020 following an overnight shift. While a ministry probe found that Coupang founder Kim Bom-suk had ordered a company official to not keep records indicating that Jang had worked hard, the ministry said it could not take legal action as the statute of limitations of five years had passed. Earlier, South Korea's fair trade watchdog approved voluntary corrective measures worth 3 billion won ($1.94 million) proposed by Coupang Corp. and its private-label affiliate over unfair dealings with subcontractors. Discover more News aggregation service Movie reviews platform South Cinema news The decision by the Fair Trade Commission (FTC) came after the watchdog's probe found that Coupang and its wholly owned subsidiary, Coupang Private Label Brands (CPLB), had sought a consent decree to resolve the case without further legal proceedings. International news reports According to the FTC, the two companies had provided 314 subcontractors with contracts that omitted legally required information and lowered supply prices for 94 subcontractors through discount promotions that were not stipulated in their agreements since 2022. S. Korea to introduce strengthened penalties for large-scale data leaks.

S. Korea to introduce strengthened penalties for large-scale data leaks. 16:12, 10 September 2026 South Korea will introduce strengthened penalties this week for companies that suffer personal information leaks affecting more than 10 million people, the privacy watchdog said Thursday, Yonhap reports. The move comes as Seoul has sought to strengthen protection of personal information in the wake of high-profile cases, including e-commerce operator Coupang's data breach that affected more than 37 million users. Under the revised personal information protection law set to take effect Friday, companies that suffer such large-scale leaks due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence can be punished with a penalty up to 10 percent of their sales, according to the Personal Information Protection Commission. Companies that repeatedly violate personal information laws within three years or those that suffer data leaks by failing to follow corrective orders are also subject to the punishment. Before the revision, companies were subject to a penalty of up to 3 percent of sales. The watchdog, however, noted that it could reduce up to 40 percent of the penalty by taking into account the level of investment companies took for personal information protection and other safety measures. As written before, South Korea's Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) imposed a record $410 million (624.7 billion won) fine on e-commerce giant Coupang Corp. for privacy violations.
