Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18–25 years old.
  • Applicants must have completed at least Mathayom 3 (lower-secondary education).
  • Applicants must be able to work shifts.
  • Applicants should be responsible and have a service-oriented disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Scoop ice cream attractively and to Swensen's operating standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the ice cream storage cabinet in working condition and check its temperature against standards.
  • Monitor ice cream quality by checking its temperature with a thermometer.
  • Keep work equipment and tools clean, sanitary, and ready for use.
  • Keep the work area clean and free of foreign objects and insects.
  • Use ice cream containers according to standards.
  • Scoop ice cream to the serving size specified in the product manual.
  • Maintain beverage quality and ensure adequate quantities are available during sales.
  • Arrange ice cream according to the flavor layout plan.
  • Arrange ice cream cakes according to the display-case plan.
  • Take orders and prepare products to standards for dine-in and takeaway customers.
  • Coordinate with ice cream decorating and cashier staff to ensure customers receive ice cream to standards.
  • Maintain personal uniform, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Follow organizational safety standards and regulations.
  • Follow organizational rules and supervisor instructions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the shift manager and tasks listed on the daily work schedule.

Desired Qualifications

  • Restaurant service experience is an advantage.
