- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Computer software knowledge is required.
- General office skills including filing, typing, and data entry are required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
- Basic understanding of account reconciliation, time worked reporting, and inventory control is required.
- Competence with counting and handling money is required.
- The ability to answer telephones and direct calls is required.
- The ability to work the required schedule, including overtime and some weekend or evening work, is required.
- The ability to lift 25 pounds and to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, climb ladders, and use hands repetitively is required.
- Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Prepare hours worked for payroll preparation.
- Handle paperwork associated with water samples.
- Monitor expense reporting deadlines and coordinate reimbursements.
- Provide local assistance for corporate Human Resources.
- Update vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Arrange mail and courier pickups and deliveries.
- Assist with communication between supervisory and field personnel.
- Maintain operational reports such as cash collections.
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory control.
- Reconcile the local bank account.
- Sort cash and coins using automated currency-counting machinery.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office area and additional areas as needed.
- Assist managers with special projects, such as employee functions, as requested.
- Occasionally assist with field projects, such as cleaning a refill station or working at a promotional event.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual English and Spanish language skills are a plus.
