FacilityOS launches AI compliance assistant, cuts contractor onboarding time by 95%

FacilityOS has released the ContractorOS AI Compliance Assistant, a tool that automates bulk processing of contractor certification documents. The system reads, classifies and extracts data from uploaded files, then matches information against open compliance tasks and populates required fields automatically. The assistant handles mixed batches of vendor and contractor documents without pre-sorting. Site administrators review all matches before final approval, with completion indicators showing which tasks are ready for quick sign-off. According to chief executive Ariel Mashiyev, the tool speeds up vendor and contractor onboarding by up to 95 per cent by eliminating manual data entry whilst keeping security professionals in control. The assistant is available to all ContractorOS customers with Essentials and Advanced tiers. FacilityOS operates across more than 7,000 sites worldwide.
