Develop and own the annual public relations and communications strategy, budget, and key performance indicators.
Build relationships with Indonesian media and create proactive media opportunities.
Lead press releases, announcements, and executive media preparation.
Manage consistency of corporate messaging across external and internal communications.
Handle reputation and crisis communications.
Oversee compliance and performance measurement.

We're looking for an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead XTB Indonesia's PR and corporate communications function. You'll be the voice of XTB in Indonesia — building media relationships, strengthening brand credibility, managing reputation, and advising leadership on strategic communications.

This is a leadership role where you own the communications strategy, drive execution, manage external agencies, and ensure XTB's messages resonate authentically with Indonesian stakeholders while maintaining global brand alignment.
