- Five years of accounting experience, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Ability to stand for up to eight hours when required.
- Ability to perform close visual work.
- Ability to communicate effectively through speech.
- Ability to remain awake and alert during working hours when applicable.
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, support month-end and year-end close, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure accounting transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, audit documentation, and fixed asset reconciliations; assist with budgeting and financial analysis; and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and other accounting functions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate Finance Department calendars, meetings, correspondence, reports, presentations, document management, invoices, purchase requests, expense reports, and departmental resources.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, track department projects and deadlines, assist with audits and special projects, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with accounting and financial software systems.
