Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Partner Operations Business Development team through coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and help team members grow professionally.
  • Support regional Business Development Associates across global markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and ensure the team has the support it needs.
  • Track team performance and partner acquisition goals, and share regular updates with leadership.
  • Improve processes and help build the future structure of the Partner Operations function as it scales.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop strategies to grow the partner network across existing and new markets.

Laundryheap Acquires LATAM Leader GetLavado

Laundryheap, the world's largest on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning platform, has acquired LATAM market leader GetLavado. Starting in Lima, Peru, Laundryheap plans to expand to Colombia and Mexico later this year. This is Laundryheap’s fifth acquisition since 2022. With this acquisition, Laundryheap now operates in 14 international markets. All GetLavado staff, including founder Martin Beas Núñez, will join Laundryheap, and the brand will transition to Laundryheap in the coming weeks.
