About the job
- Completed relevant vocational training, further education, or university study related to occupational safety/HSE, or an equivalent qualification; alternatively, a related higher-education degree with strong learning ability.
- Initial substantive experience in documentation, reporting, analysis, audit support, or comparable processes.
- Basic understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 or comparable management systems.
- Confident use of spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Very good German proficiency at C1/C2 level and fluent English.
- Create, revise, and maintain Corporate HSE documents.
- Support the development of procedures and forms.
- Contribute to group-wide incident and environmental reporting.
- Check data for completeness, plausibility, and consistency.
- Create and prepare HSE key performance indicators, statistics, and trend analyses.
- Prepare audit materials, evidence packages, and document lists.
- Support audits and, when needed, site visits.
- Track findings and corrective actions, including requesting outstanding evidence.
- Support group-wide HSE initiatives and internal HSE communication.
- Identify recurring patterns in audit, incident, and environmental data and derive improvement proposals.
