Requirements
  • Comfort delivering the appropriate artifact, from Figma mockups to production code using Claude Code, Codex, or a chosen harness.
  • Strong design fundamentals and attention to detail across typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Actionable taste for interaction details, including motion, timing, and affordance.
Responsibilities
  • Own design end-to-end and set the bar for taste, craft, and product quality across Noise.
  • Spend approximately two-thirds of the role on design and one-third on engineering, leading with product intuition and shipping with code.
  • Own and ship design from concept through prototype to production.
  • Define and evolve the visual language across web, product, and brand surfaces.
  • Build motion and interaction systems that feel intentional and alive.
  • Decide when to use, break, or evolve the design system.
  • Maintain and extend design systems.
