Responsibilities
  • Treat guests to the different massage and body services on the spa treatment menu according to protocol while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience.
  • Evaluate guests' medical and physical histories and modify treatments accordingly.
  • Perceive guests' needs, accommodate specific requests, and check in throughout the experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients on areas of concentration or areas to avoid to create the best experience possible.
  • Review guests' medical histories and injuries discreetly to provide appropriate care.
  • Become familiar with the spa treatment menu to guide guests and add services.
  • Review treatment protocols to ensure consistency and improve the guest experience.
  • Engage with guests to understand wellness goals, recommend tailored services and enhancements, suggest service upgrades, and recommend professional home-care products or techniques.
  • Complete the daily checklist and maintain the treatment room, equipment, and tools with high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Keep the spa leadership team informed about items that need to be reordered or repaired.
  • Work with team members to provide high-quality service and maintain a healthy, positive working environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints to the best of your ability.
  • Teach and model guest-service, technical, procedural, and safety skills.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to achieve the spa's service and financial goals.

CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO.

CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO. CoralTree Hospitality has appointed Jeff Knowlton as chief technology officer to lead the company's enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation and systems optimization across its portfolio. Knowlton brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and technology leadership, digital transformation, guest-facing platform enhancement and operational system modernization to his new role. He will oversee CoralTree's technology roadmap, focusing on improving guest experience, operational efficiency and scalable infrastructure to support the company's expansion. "Jeff's deep expertise at the intersection of hospitality and technology makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. "As we continue to grow, his vision and leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, seamless, and data-driven guest experiences across our portfolio." Before joining CoralTree Hospitality, Knowlton most recently served as chief information officer at Peregrine Hospitality. Prior to that, he served in the same role at Sonesta Hotels International. Knowlton also held technology roles with the Pursuit Collection, Sage Hospitality and Vail Resorts. "I'm thrilled to join CoralTree Hospitality at such an exciting time in its growth," said Knowlton.
