Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading onsite engagements and growth with Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods companies and other large enterprise accounts as a functional consultant.
  • Experience building products at various levels of maturity, including prototype, connected solutions, standalone solutions, integrated solutions, and embedded solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two solution-building technologies, such as business logic, data engineering, data science, front-end technologies, or user interface/user experience.
  • Ability to distinguish between core, configurable, and customizable feature sets in a solution and apply this framework in an actual build methodology.
  • Exposure to enterprise enterprise resource planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OMP, O9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis, ensuring interoperability of analytics solutions with client ecosystems.
  • 15+ years of professional work experience in an enterprise or business-to-business product or services environment, with 8+ years delivering transformational value in consumer goods or retail organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech in Computer Science) and a master’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s in business management is ideal.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Familiarity with integrating analytics tools and data pipelines with enterprise resource planning systems to enable real-time decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Capture market demand by engaging clients and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities across consumer goods, life sciences, industrials, and adjacent industry verticals, focusing on end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement analytics.
  • Bridge business and technology to ensure solutions align with client needs and technical feasibility.
  • Lead product-market-fit analysis and support go-to-market efforts for offerings with senior buyer leadership in key-account target customer environments.
  • Own and drive execution of the proposed business analytics solutions product roadmap in collaboration with domain leaders, data science and engineering subject-matter experts, and teams, using techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end solution asset development for the consumer packaged goods practice and the pharma/life sciences practice, including ideation, design, development, and maintenance of scalable analytics data products.
  • Develop and maintain reusable assets, including frameworks, templates, and tools, to accelerate delivery and enhance solution quality.
  • Drive thought leadership by staying current with industry trends and incorporating best practices into the company’s offerings.

  • Exposure to statistical and machine-learning applications in the supply-chain solution ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, and product-management tools such as Jira and Aha!.
