  • Set the thought leadership agenda and partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to develop differentiated platforms, perspectives, and content.
  • Determine the stories the agency should tell and how to bring them to life across audiences, markets, and channels, ensuring stories and campaigns reinforce a consistent agency narrative.
  • Elevate the agency’s social and digital presence, particularly on LinkedIn, through audience insight, editorial discipline, experimentation, and performance optimization.
  • Lead integrated campaigns connecting paid, owned, earned, social, digital, and experiential channels, selecting audiences, messages, content, channels, and activation strategies to maximize impact.
  • Connect brand and demand by developing programs that strengthen reputation and link marketing with business development and growth; partner with business development and sector leaders to identify audiences and opportunities and move them from awareness to engagement.
  • Develop positioning and activation plans for the agency’s proprietary thinking and platforms, including Brands in Motion, Stories in Motion, Momentum, and future agency intellectual property, ensuring they support agency strategy and generate conversation, engagement, and commercial value.
  • Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to identify executive thought leadership platforms that reinforce market position and build individual and agency reputation.
  • Establish the priorities, processes, roles, decision-making structures, and ways of working required to execute the global marketing strategy across a matrixed organization; identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation to streamline workflows.
  • Build artificial intelligence capability across the marketing team by establishing practical use cases, experimentation, and shared ways of working.
  • Manage and coach agency and regional marketing colleagues, create clear accountability, develop talent, and build a high-performing, collaborative global team.

CLARIO - standing for Clarity and Innovation - was developed in-house by 3CPR's data scientist. It tracks media coverage outcomes and key programme metrics, allowing clients to access live reporting and download charts, graphs, and data for internal use. According to the consultancy, unlike broader media monitoring platforms, CLARIO focuses on the work undertaken by 3CPR and the resulting outcomes. It has also enabled the agency to move from half-yearly or annual reporting to an always-on model, reducing the time required to compile reports manually. 3CPR Founding Partner, Paul Cheal, said: "Media outcomes remain a key metric for PR performance, but for too long we have been stuck using tedious, time-consuming spreadsheets and relying on reporting that focuses on hindsight. AI provides a generational opportunity to change our approach - linking our activity to tangible business outcomes and providing real time visibility of strategic opportunities. "The CLARIO platform offers a near real time view of media outcomes, tailored to each organisation's goals and KPIs. It provides significant time saving for PR teams and delivers greater transparency to clients. "We have already received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our clients.
