Responsibilities
  • Administer DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, and Mural for global teams, ensuring they run smoothly and support employees’ work.
  • Expand the platform portfolio over time by taking responsibility for additional collaboration and productivity platforms and applying standards for access, configuration, and governance.
  • Manage the full user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, groups, and licences.
  • Support and improve integrations with wider systems, including DocuSign with Salesforce, and Jira and Confluence with Microsoft 365 and Zendesk.
  • Evaluate, test, and roll out Atlassian Marketplace apps and other add-ons, working with stakeholders on upgrades and licensing.
  • Provide platform support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and work with vendors when needed.
  • Maintain platform security and cost-effectiveness through access reviews, licence audits, and permission clean-ups.
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand their needs, identify inefficiencies, and deliver improvements.
  • Work with the Business Systems Manager and vendors on renewals, support cases, and platform changes.
  • Provide backup support across other Business Systems platforms, helping the team during busy periods and absences.

Available in two models, the flagship 108 dB and the compact 98 dB, Devialet Phantom Ultimate CI connects natively to Audinate Dante and Audio over IP networks. The result is uncompressed, high-definition audio with the network stability and installation speed integrators demand. "Devialet Phantom Ultimate CI is a direct response to what integrators have been asking for," said Rodrigo Arrambide, Devialet's General Manager for the Americas. "Integrators no longer have to choose between the sound our engineers are known for and the stability their projects require. With the native Dante and Audio over IP connectivity, we're bringing the full Devialet acoustic signature into a professional ecosystem, on the integrator's terms." System latency of 18 milliseconds is well suited to home theater configurations and the vast majority of live and multiroom applications. Devialet Phantom Ultimate CI is available in the same finishes as the consumer collection: Light Pearl, an elegant ultra-matte off-white, and Deep Forest, rich dark green tones with black chrome detailing, alongside the exclusive Opéra de Paris edition, hand-finished in 22-karat gold by the master gilders of Ateliers Gohard.
