What critics are saying

  • Enfinity depends on continuous refinancing; Eiffel’s February 2026 bond expansion signals capital hunger.
  • Italy and India projects face permitting, grid-connection, and auction execution bottlenecks through 2027.
  • A construction delay or power-price shock would crush returns across Enfinity’s 39.3 GW pipeline.

What makes Enfinity Global unique

  • Carlos Domenech’s TerraForm Power and SunEdison pedigree attracts project capital.
  • Enfinity operates across solar, wind, and BESS in Italy, Japan, India, and America.
