Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned training tasks within a specified time.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing the construction process and all subcontractors.
  • Conduct routine customer care appointments to facilitate customer service.
  • Communicate with homebuyers, on-site Sales Consultants or Associates, and support personnel as required.
  • Manage assigned construction tasks to deliver a quality home on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the Design Center to coordinate activities and solve problems between the respective organizations.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Sales Consultant or Associate to support customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate construction, customer service, or safety issues to the Area Construction Manager and suggest resolutions.
  • Assist in ensuring the assigned community is in proper order and appealing to homebuyers.
