About the job

Requirements
  • 10–12+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, or digital acquisition roles in SaaS or high-growth technology, including meaningful time at Director level or above.
  • A proven track record of scaling inbound pipelines and managing multi-million-dollar paid media programs with direct pipeline accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience owning integrated campaign planning across multiple segments, including SMB, Mid-Market, and/or Enterprise.
  • Deep experience across SEO and AEO, including technical SEO, content SEO, and on-page SEO, and a sophisticated understanding of how AI is reshaping search behavior and discovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a website as a revenue-driving product, rather than solely as a marketing asset.
  • Experience marketing to fragmented, distributed SMB audiences at scale, specifically reaching and converting buyers who do not behave like typical enterprise buyers, with no large procurement cycles, short attention spans, and word-of-mouth-driven behavior.
  • Fluency with AI-powered tools and modern marketing technology, including intent data platforms, signal-based targeting, and AI-assisted content and personalization.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting instincts, including building models, owning performance numbers, and explaining variances.
  • Experience building and developing a team, including hiring, structuring, and elevating team members.
  • Comfort operating at a senior level, building peer relationships with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Product, communicating with executives, and making high-stakes decisions under uncertainty.
  • Ability to prioritize, move quickly, and create clarity for a team in a scaling environment.
Responsibilities
  • Set the strategic direction for growth across paid media, organic search, AI-driven visibility, the website as a conversion driver, and integrated campaigns reaching SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Own pipeline outcomes and build repeatable inbound growth programs, establishing an inbound demand engine, identifying effective channels and campaign strategies for hard-to-reach SMB audiences, and scaling successful approaches while being accountable to business outcomes.
  • Own paid search and paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage the performance marketing agency to ensure productivity and return on investment.
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, balancing volume, quality, and efficiency across segments.
  • Run continuous experimentation across targeting, bidding, creative, and landing experiences.
  • Integrate paid media strategy with campaign and acquisition motions across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
  • Scale organic growth across traditional search and emerging AI/LLM discovery channels.
  • Build an AI-accelerated content engine that captures high-intent demand from shops evaluating solutions.
  • Execute SEO fundamentals, including technical health, content structure, on-page optimization, and search-friendly user experience.
  • Evolve strategy based on how buyers search, discover, and evaluate solutions across traditional search and LLM-generated recommendations.
  • Own Tekmetric.com as a revenue-driving product focused on conversion, clarity, and discoverability.
  • Improve visitor-to-lead-to-SQL conversion rates across entry points and segments.
  • Build and optimize landing pages aligned to campaigns, segments, and the full customer journey.
  • Establish an ongoing testing roadmap across pages, flows, and messaging.
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure unified messaging and positioning across the website.
  • Own the annual and quarterly campaign calendar and develop coordinated multichannel strategies that drive inbound volume across segments.
  • Lead segment-specific campaign planning for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, tailoring messaging, offers, channel mix, and timing to buyer discovery and evaluation behaviors.
  • Develop campaign briefs for Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing, ensuring coordinated execution.
  • Track campaign performance from impression to pipeline, with attribution to inbound volume by segment.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, testing velocity, and optimization at scale, creating programs for both human audiences and machine discovery.
  • Build systems that enable rapid iteration without adding headcount.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to replace manual work and increase output quality and speed.
  • Foster a team culture of experimentation, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Build forecasting models to predict inbound volume, pipeline quality, and cost efficiency by channel and segment.
  • Partner with GTM Operations on attribution and funnel visibility, ensuring reporting infrastructure supports fast, high-quality decisions.
  • Monitor performance daily to spot trends early and respond quickly.
  • Translate performance data into strategic decisions across paid, organic, web, and campaign channels.
  • Lead, grow, and inspire a team spanning Paid Media, Search, Website, Integrated Campaigns, and ABM; hire for needed skills and build a culture of accountability, experimentation, and speed.
  • Set clear priorities, workflows, and growth paths as the inbound acquisition engine scales.
  • Operate as a senior peer and strategic partner to Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
  • Connect the Growth function with the broader marketing organization by briefing campaigns, aligning messaging, and ensuring programs convert into pipeline.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket, field service software, or vertical SaaS for trade-based industries.
  • Familiarity with AEO strategies and LLM-driven discovery.
  • Familiarity with community-led growth or advocacy-driven acquisition models.

The platform allows shop owners to compare their performance against top-performing shops nationwide or within their state, with no account required. The tool measures four key profitability metrics: average repair order, car count, parts margin and effective labour rate. Shop owners can enter their data and instantly see anonymous comparisons drawn from Tekmetric's network of more than 15,000 shops. "You can't improve what you're not measuring," said Sunil Patel, Tekmetric's founder and CEO. The company aims to provide real industry data to help shop owners identify growth opportunities and make informed business decisions. Results remain private and anonymous for all users.
