- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- Perform scanning, copying, filing, sorting, and record keeping.
- Support property management officials with annual inventory and property record maintenance.
- Verify, input, and process property transactions in automated systems.
- Receive inventory, verify completeness, and report discrepancies.
- Package, label, mail, and distribute inventory and equipment.
- Support Learning Management System data entry and information gathering.
- Scan documents using optical character recognition and convert files using Adobe Acrobat.
- Update SharePoint and ECN sites and maintain permissions.
- Reconcile documentation in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Receive and ship A-Files and record transactions in RAILS.
- Perform monthly data pulls from Intellilink and enter closed-case information into MDB.
- Provide data support, produce reports, and perform system queries.
- Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk to ensure proper access for employees.
- Answer OPTS Help Desk calls and route inquiries appropriately.
