About the Job

Requirements

At least 3 years of embedded firmware development experience using C or C++ on Linux or Unix platforms.
Experience with ARM processors and embedded Linux.
Experience working with H.265.
Experience with Git, including merging and rebasing.
Basic understanding of electronic circuits.
Experience with embedded Linux systems, including cross-building, flashing, booting, system initialization, root filesystem packaging, fault tolerance, inter-process communication, and embedded filesystems.
Experience with embedded distributions such as Yocto, Buildroot, or OpenWRT.
Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
Must be based in Kyiv or be willing to relocate there.
Knowledge of Linux kernel.
Experience with a system-on-chip, preferably one targeted at multimedia.
Experience with video processing, streaming, and encoding or decoding.
Experience working with OpenCV.
Experience with image processing, tuning, and enhancement.
Object-oriented programming and design, with strong C or C++ programming experience.
Experience with ANSI C, embedded development tools such as toolchains, OpenWRT, software and hardware debuggers, and scripting.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Linux kernel.

Must Have Requirements

Experience that is a Major Plus

OOP/OOD, strong programming experience with C/C++
BS degree in Computer Science, or related engineering degree
