Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • The July 2026 benchmarks report adds AI-in-CX analysis, aligning with buyer priorities.
  • NPS Prism Asia Private Limited, incorporated January 22, 2024, signals continued international expansion.
  • Over 20,000 customers and 1,000 companies in 2026 create stronger network effects for subscriptions.

What critics are saying

  • Qualtrics, Medallia, and InMoment keep commoditizing NPS benchmarking with broader AI VoC suites.
  • NPS Prism still depends on Bain's brand; any Bain consulting slowdown hits distribution.
  • If enterprises shift budget to AI-native CX copilots by 2027, Prism's dashboard becomes a feature, not a product.

What makes NPS Prism unique

  • Bain backs NPS Prism with quarterly benchmarks across 1,000 companies and 15 industries.
  • Its 2026 report spans 800,000 customers, giving unusually deep cross-industry loyalty comparisons.
  • Fresh data every 90 days and journey-level analysis separate Prism from static survey tools.
