About the company

Teambuilder provides a subscription-based software platform for ambulatory healthcare to optimize workforce alignment and reduce payroll costs. It uses data science to forecast staffing needs from an organization’s volume data and clinic workflows, not just visit counts, and it includes three components: Today for real-time scheduling, Tomorrow for predictive staffing plans, and Tonight a no-cost earned-wage access wallet for employees. The platform differentiates itself by combining healthcare-specific forecasting with a workflow-aware scheduling layer, plus an employee financial benefit feature and native payroll insight. The goal is to help healthcare managers cut payroll costs (averaging 8-14%) while improving access and outcomes and boosting staff motivation and retention.
