Requirements
- Demonstrated competency in managed care systems and provider networks in the adult recovery model, behavioral health program philosophy, and case management roles and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated competency in case management procedures, resource allocation, behavioral health issues, and levels of severity.
- A bachelor's degree in a human service related field, or an associate's degree in a human service related field and two years of work experience in behavioral health.
- Availability to work unconventional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A valid New Mexico driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to use a personal vehicle during employment when needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to familiarize oneself with personnel and company program policies and procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives.
- Ability to model respect, understanding, and appreciation for all people.
- Successful completion of the required background check, tuberculosis screening, and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to adults receiving mental-health care.
- Assist in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.
