Responsibilities
  • Record high volumes of cash remittance details from the sales force.
  • Apply ACH and wire payments daily with accuracy, and track unapplied and short payments.
  • Apply lockbox payments daily with accuracy, and track unapplied and short payments.
  • Process credit memos for bank fees, small balance write-offs, foreign withholding tax, Target Beeline fees, and tax credits.
  • Follow up with customers or the project management team for remittance details to clear unapplied cash.
  • Follow up with customers regarding short payments.
  • Update the unapplied payments, short payments, and credit memo tracker daily.
  • Update the sales log whenever a credit memo or invoice to set off a credit memo is processed.
  • Prepare the payment summary file monthly.
  • Prepare cash-related reports and slides for monthly review.
