Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; all majors and concentrations are welcome.
  • Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Willingness to relocate to London for the summer, with full-time placement in London.
  • Availability for the full 8-week program from mid-June to early August 2027.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas effectively in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with traders, quants, developers, and other experts.
  • No prior finance experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Work in an impactful role mirroring that of a full-time Quant Trading Associate.
  • Complete project work and identify trading opportunities while communicating with software engineers, quants, traders, and risk managers throughout the trading day.
  • Gain hands-on trading experience and exposure to trading technology.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with the manager to track progress and learning.
  • Receive mentorship from members of the trading and/or quant teams.
  • Participate in classroom learning experiences covering options basics, market-making fundamentals, mock trading, and the quantitative framework.
  • Participate in educational, social, and professional-development activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • A demonstrated record of success in academics, awards, or similar achievements.
  • A deep curiosity and strong desire to learn about finance and trading.
  • Basic programming skills or willingness to learn Python.
