Responsibilities
  • Receive, analyze, validate, and process Service Order Requests (SORs).
  • Interpret and verify service requests as a gatekeeper in the contract process.
  • Ensure requests comply with legal, regulatory, operational, and company standards and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Issue accurate contracts to clients in a timely manner.
  • Respond to high-volume calls, live chats, and ticket requests from internal and external clients about contract and account operations.
  • Oversee contract execution from receipt through signature verification and secure archival.
  • Maintain global agreements and client legal entity databases, ensuring documentation is signed and data integrity is preserved.
  • Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with contract-related processes and internal policy guidelines.
  • Manage contractual and operational changes resulting from client mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or name changes, maintaining product access, accurate contract alignment, and compliance.
  • Apply knowledge of legal contracts and processes across Bloomberg's product suite and navigate relevant onboarding procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Accounting, Installations, Negotiations, Legal, and Compliance, to support the client experience across the contract and product lifecycle.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
  • Own issues and follow through until completion.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts, resolve potential obstacles, and evaluate information quality and completeness before acting.
  • Navigate internal databases and research tools to validate information, fulfill time-sensitive contract requests, and maintain client-record and contractual-data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Project Managers to develop, implement, and test features, including digital contract signing through Bloomberg's online platform.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Bloomberg's client contract hierarchy, document interdependencies, regulatory implications, and key contractual terms, and use that knowledge to advise stakeholders and uphold contractual integrity.
  • Lead projects by tracking milestones, managing communications, and reporting progress to stakeholders; projects may include internal system enhancements or account transitions due to client mergers or acquisitions.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for designated Sales groups by providing tailored guidance and support for high-value client accounts, anticipating needs, escalating strategically, and enabling revenue continuity and client satisfaction.
  • Work with Business Engineers and internal stakeholders on workflow and function enhancements, provide technical requirements, and oversee enhancement implementation and adoption.
