Pella Corporation names Rob Adams as executive Vice President, operations. September 16, 2026 Pella Corporation announced the appointment of Rob Adams as executive vice president, Operations. Adams brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, industrial products, and consumer goods. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer for American Woodmark Corporation, where he led manufacturing, logistics, materials, engineering, and quality functions. Throughout his career, Adams has led large-scale business transformation efforts, including M&A integration, change management, Lean and Six Sigma implementation, product development, systems integration and global operations. Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln proudly announces that Vince Boulay has been promoted to President, effective immediately. Vince will assume responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations, while former President Greg Boulay will continue to serve as CEO.
