About the job
- A completed vocational training program in massage or cosmetics, or several years of professional experience as a career changer.
- Experience in the premium hospitality, spa, or cosmetics sector and familiarity with a fast-paced daily operation is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, communication, service-orientation, and execution skills.
- Proficiency with common Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools to support analyses, processes, and data-driven decisions.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, a hands-on approach, and affinity for premium wellness and lifestyle products.
- Support the studio management and take responsibility for the team and operational processes required to maintain the studio space.
- Perform high-quality wellness massages as an active part of daily operations.
- Monitor daily operations, including booking administration, in close cooperation with studio management.
- Implement and control safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and maintain the facilities, equipment, and service standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and employees and support organization and inquiries at reception.
- Optimize processes and take responsibility for leading, training, and developing the team.
- Create staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce planning according to operational requirements.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Experience in the premium hospitality, spa, or cosmetics sector.
