- Must be able to occasionally exert minimum force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
- Provide accurate and efficient member service through telephone requests to support member satisfaction and accurate account record keeping.
- Process routine member interactions, including financial transactions and providing members with account information.
- Assist members with mobile banking troubleshooting.
- Contribute to department and organizational sales goals by identifying and educating members on product and service needs through meaningful conversations.
- Provide members with positive service experiences.
- Assist with departmental goals and individual performance metrics.
- As a Cards credential holder, assist members with card needs, perform card maintenance and transactions in the card application, and receive and submit card disputes for further investigation.
- As a Fraud credential holder, assist members with fraud inquiries, recognize and report fraudulent activity, maintain accounts to reduce fraud exposure, handle escalated interactions concerning compromised or suspicious accounts, and use loss mitigation effectively.
- As a Mentor credential holder, mentor new hires during onboarding, assist peers with account inquiries and escalated member concerns, provide associate feedback, and educate associates on procedures and internal resources.
