The platform works on a freemium model: users access basic features for free and can upgrade to paid subscriptions for more advanced, personalized programs. Revenue comes mainly from subscription fees and tiered offerings that serve casual users and those seeking in-depth training. Intellect differentiates itself by grounding its programs in scientifically backed psychological methods and by offering a structured path for skill and habit improvement, with a focus on practical outcomes for work and life. The company aims to make mental health and effective behavior change more accessible, helping people improve productivity, relationships, and career growth.

Ricoh invests in Singapore mental-health platform Intellect via $20M venture fund

Japan's Ricoh has invested in Intellect, a Singapore-based workplace mental-health platform, through its RICOH Innovation Fund II. The JPY3 billion ($20 million) fund, launched in April with SBI Investment as general partner, targets workplace creativity, digital work and digital inclusion.
