Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and understanding of the nurse role in a critical care facility.
  • Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative, or psychiatric nursing.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment, including computer software applications such as email, surveillance equipment or cameras, scheduling software, and accessing required documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning, changes in approach based on the situation, and professional practice behavior.
  • Knowledge of care-based practices, including creating care plans and leading team meetings.
  • Valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and evaluate direct nursing care for a specific assignment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
