SDB Groep acquires German care software specialist buchner to expand into DACH region

SDB Groep, a Dutch care and childcare software provider, has acquired German software specialist buchner, creating a prominent player across the Netherlands, Scandinavia and Germany. The transaction marks SDB's entry into the strategically important German care software market. Buchner brings a customer base of over 8,000 care institutions and therapists, specialising in ambulatory and therapeutic care software.
