The business process outsourcing company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.33, surpassing expectations of $0.28. CEO Bryce Maddock attributed the performance to expansion among existing clients outside the company's largest account and disciplined cost controls. During the earnings call, analysts focused on AI services growth moderation and challenges with the company's largest client. Maddock said project-based dynamics caused temporary deceleration but expects AI services growth to reaccelerate above 30% by year-end. The company faces continued pressure from automation-driven revenue losses at its largest client through 2026, with potential offset from vendor consolidation expected in 2027.
