SEI Investments holds $343M in net cash, but Privia Health and Hamilton Insurance underwhelm

SEI Investments has been identified as a cash-heavy stock worth targeting, whilst Privia Health and Hamilton Insurance Group are deemed less attractive despite their strong balance sheets. Privia Health operates across 13 US states with over 4,300 providers serving more than 4.8 million patients. However, its modest $2.25 billion revenue base, poor 5% free cash flow margin over five years, and 0% return on capital raise concerns about management's ability to find profitable growth opportunities. Hamilton Insurance Group, operating global specialty insurance and reinsurance platforms across four countries, faces flat projected sales for the next 12 months. Its annual earnings per share growth of 14% underperformed revenue over the past two years. SEI Investments, founded in 1968, provides technology platforms and investment management solutions for financial institutions and wealth managers.
