- An Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
- Must have a current North Carolina license.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Must be proficient in software applications and able to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and fax machines.
- Must have working knowledge of clinical practice patterns.
- Must be able to facilitate teams.
- Must be able to analyze data.
- Must have knowledge and skills in statistical and nonstatistical tools.
- Facilitate data abstraction and clinical quality review for various disease processes and regulatory standards.
- Navigate the electronic medical record and use data collection tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint daily.
- Participate actively in regulatory surveys.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in nursing with appropriate certification and licensure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
