About the Job

Requirements

Completed vocational education or a commercial/business degree program.
Experience in industrial or technical purchasing is an advantage.
Very good Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate logical and entrepreneurial thinking.
Accuracy, loyalty, and teamwork.
Good knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Responsibilities

Search for, select, and develop new suppliers, with a focus on the Chinese market.
Obtain offers and prepare price comparisons.
Monitor delivery dates and manage the flow of incoming materials.
Process complaints and claims.
Optimize quality and costs.
Ensure master data is current and well maintained.
Assist with the complete internal ordering process.
Perform administrative tasks, including reports and statistics.

Experience in industrial or technical purchasing.

Suche, Auswahl und Aufbau von neuen Lieferanten mit Schwerpunkt im chinesischen Markt
Angebote einholen und Preisvergleiche erstellen
Überwachung der Liefertermine und Steuerung des Materialzulaufs
Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen und Reklamationen
Qualitäts- und Kostenoptimierung
Sicherstellung von aktuellen und gepflegten Stammdaten
Mitarbeit bei der Erledigung des kompletten internen Bestellprozesses
Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten (Berichte, Statistiken, etc.)

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. kfm. Studium
Erfahrung im industriellen bzw. technischen Einkauf von Vorteil
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Selbständige Arbeitsweise, logisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
Genauigkeit, Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Chinesisch (Mandarin) sowie in Englisch
