Visier unveils talent management model as customers report over $350M in workforce savings

Visier unveiled a new talent management operating model, delivered through its Visier Workforce AI, at HR Tech 2026 in Las Vegas on October 21, 2026. The system connects how companies understand, plan, and activate their workforces in one governed platform. Customers report over $350M in workforce savings in the past year. Providence avoided $3 million in caregiver replacement costs by hiring ahead of vacancies, and Sunstate Equipment halved regretted turnover. Visier says the model covers the whole employee lifecycle and helps HR prove the impact of its initiatives. "We built Visier Workforce AI to close this gap," said Ryan Wong, chief executive officer and co-founder of Visier.

Visier launches Talent Agents, AI that guides managers as 62% of HR leaders cite poor follow-through

Visier has launched Talent Agents, AI tools that guide managers through HR programs and show what each program changed for the business. The Vancouver-based company announced them on October 21, 2026, at HR Tech 2026 in Las Vegas. The agents run on the Visier Workforce Intelligence Platform. They prompt whoever must act next, and the results of each action feed back into the AI so its guidance improves over time. Visier's research found that 62% of HR leaders name manager follow-through as the biggest reason programs fail. It also found that 77% of enterprises run HR programs on spreadsheets or patchwork tools, and are three times less likely to measure results during a program. A dedicated implementation team customises each program to a customer's processes and goals.

Visier's Vee gets diagnostics to explain the "why" behind workforce shifts, with no extra cost

Visier has launched early access to diagnostics capabilities in Vee, its Workforce Insights Agent. The feature uses statistical models to explain why workforce metrics change, such as spikes in resignations or slower hiring, and recommends what to do about it. Users can rank the factors behind a change, see confidence levels, and keep a full audit trail. They can also model the projected impact of changing a specific driver. The feature comes at no additional cost within Vee. Visier announced it at HR Tech 2026 in Las Vegas on October 20. Early access is open to select customers. General availability and more statistical models are planned for Winter 2027.

Visier's Vee agent now explains why workforce metrics change, no data scientist needed

Visier has launched early access to diagnostics capabilities in Vee, its Workforce Insights Agent. The tool uses statistical models to explain why workforce metrics, such as resignations or time-to-fill, change, and recommends what to do about it. Vee ranks the factors it evaluates, flags confidence levels, and keeps a full audit trail. Leaders can also model the projected impact of changing a specific driver. The feature comes at no extra cost. Visier says it removes the need for weeks of manual analysis or a dedicated data scientist. "It's like having a Data Scientist on your shoulder," said Ian Cook, vice president of product at Visier. Select customers have access now. General availability and more statistical models are planned for Winter 2027.

Visier launches Microsoft Viva Glint integration to unify employee engagement data with workforce analytics

Visier has launched a new data connector integrating Microsoft Viva Glint's employee engagement platform with its Workforce Intelligence system. The integration combines employee sentiment data from Viva Glint surveys with Visier's workforce analytics, enabling organisations to connect engagement insights with performance, productivity, and retention metrics. The connector allows leaders to analyse how employee experiences influence business outcomes by unifying people data from both platforms. This creates a holistic view that bridges employee feedback with strategic workforce decisions. "Every organization's most valuable asset is its workforce," said Ike Bennion, vice president of product management at Visier. The integration is available today for early access to organisations using both platforms. Visier, founded in 2010, serves over 85,000 customers across 75 countries.
