Another new business for Bradley Fair? Yep, even if the center can't confirm it.

Another new business for Bradley Fair? Yep, even if the center can't confirm it. October 19, 2026 10:39 AM Gift Article One by one, and in rapid succession lately, Bradley Fair is filling up its vacant storefronts. The latest new business apparently is going to be Gorjana, a California jewelry chain that's going to take the former Bakesale Treat Parlor space at the center at 21st and Rock Road. No one with the center is commenting yet, and the firm that handles public relations for the company couldn't immediately be reached for comment Monday morning. However, a building permit that Gorjana recently filed confirms the chain's plans for the 839-square-foot space. Gorjana, which is pronounced with a long y sound - so gor-yana - is named for Gorjana Reidel. She and her husband, Jason, started the company out of their Laguna Beach apartment in 2004. According to the Gorjana website, the couple moved to a studio in 2007 and then opened their first store about a mile from that in 2016. By the next year, they opened in New York. There are now more than 130 stores in the chain, which is known for affordable jewelry - think $150 and under - and some higher-end pieces that might cost about twice that much. There are gold-plated pieces and along with solid-gold ones. Gorjana follows a string of announcements at Bradley Fair over the last year, including Cheesecake Factory and Face Foundrie, both of which recently opened at the center, and FioRito Ristorante and Anthropologie, which are on their way there. Look for more information on Gorjana as it's available. The Wichita Eagle Carrie Rengers has been a reporter for more than three decades, including more than 20 years at The Wichita Eagle.
