Requirements

  • Experience in operations, quality, process improvement, or a related area.
  • Ability to identify problems from data and analyze their causes.
  • Ability to organize work processes and document them clearly, including in standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate and align with teams such as operations, training, and systems.
  • Ability to analyze problems structurally and develop solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data, including accuracy and errors, to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of labeling errors and operational issues, and develop improvement plans.
  • Improve standard operating procedures and operational processes to increase standardization and clarity.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to plan training content and assess its effectiveness.
  • Derive and validate requirements for system and tool improvements based on pain points and error patterns.
  • Design A/B tests for changes to standard operating procedures, training, and systems; analyze results and validate effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with related teams, including operations, training, and systems, to lead improvement initiatives, execute them, and share results.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with operational efficiency projects, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in operations, labeling work, or similar content classification work.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests, including experiment design and results analysis.
  • Experience planning training content or managing organizational change.
  • Experience using quality management systems or issue and defect management tools.
