What believers are saying

  • Fixter launched fleet maintenance in 2026 and marketed it at Fleet and Mobility Live.
  • Its website shows 300-plus vetted UK garages and live MOT prices on 2026-09-07.
  • Renault still promotes Fixter as its digital after-sales platform, reinforcing strategic support.

What critics are saying

  • Trustpilot reviews on 2026-09-19 cite surprise charges, cancellations, and delayed garage arrivals.
  • Similarweb still ranks Fixter behind BookMyGarage and ClickMechanic, signaling weak consumer traffic.
  • If Renault reprioritizes after-sales, Fixter loses capital, brand backing, and eventual exit value.

What makes Fixter unique

  • Renault ownership gives Fixter OEM-backed distribution and Motrio garage access across Europe.
  • Fixter owns door-to-door MOT, service, and repair booking with transparent upfront pricing.
  • Its fleet product extends the same collection-and-delivery model to nationwide business vehicles.
