Requirements
  • The candidate must be bilingual in Russian and English or Korean and English.
  • The candidate must have flexible availability for alternate schedules and shifts between 11 AM and 9 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with training from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • The candidate must have experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions, premium billing, and collections.
  • The candidate must have knowledge of labor and commercial carrier enrollment procedures.
  • The candidate must have prior high-volume call center experience.
  • The candidate must have general knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality.
  • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • The candidate must be capable of remote work with internet access.
  • The candidate must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The candidate must have investigative and time-management skills.
  • The candidate must communicate effectively through email, chat, and voice channels.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries.
  • Work with the Benefits Enrollment team to review and resolve eligibility, hours, and co-premium issues, including follow-up outreach to caregivers.
  • Listen to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and offer solutions.
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for information, and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
  • Manage caregiver requests within the required turnaround time, conduct outreach to internal partners, and engage Team Leader and Supervisor support as necessary.
  • Communicate with individuals and teams to ensure high-quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Use decision-support tools to answer questions when needed.
  • Use critical thinking to solve complex problems and identify when to escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Perform call-center functions, including handling inbound calls and supporting projects as directed by management.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client requirements, procedures, and key contacts.
  • Support projects and other departments in completing tasks when directed by management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in enrollment and eligibility roles, especially in commercial and labor plans.
  • Previous multi-channel experience with voice, email, and chat is preferred.
  • Some college or business school education is advantageous.
