  • Strong working knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
  • Experience administering the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.
  • Atlassian administration experience with Jira and Confluence, including user management, integrations, and workflow configuration.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation ability for identity workflows and IT operations; Python is a plus.
  • Experience with endpoint/device management using Intune or Jamf and IT asset tracking.

  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound judgment calls without close supervision.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full identity and access management program, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, privileged access management, and identity lifecycle across SaaS and internal applications.
  • Architect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as the central identity provider.

  • Build PowerShell and Python automation to reduce manual identity operations and eliminate orphaned or excessive access.
  • Define IAM policies and procedures and ensure compliance alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR as applicable.
  • Monitor identity-related security events, investigate anomalies, and lead access-related incident response.

  • Administer Jira and Confluence, including configuration, user management, integrations, and workflow optimization.
  • Drive adoption and governance of AI productivity tooling, including Claude, and support secure and effective employee use.
  • Own hardware procurement, imaging, configuration, shipping, asset tracking, and secure decommissioning.
  • Lead IT onboarding and offboarding so new hires receive working equipment and correct access on day one and departing employees are promptly offboarded.
  • Maintain MDM/endpoint management using Intune or Jamf and device patching across the EU fleet.
  • Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base, track support metrics, and drive systemic fixes rather than one-off resolutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Spanish language skills are a significant plus.
  • Experience with privileged access management tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with identity governance platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
  • Experience supporting audit and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
